This round there will be 80,000 vouchers available.
The vouchers would help a sector bearing the brunt of damage associated with ongoing travel restrictions in and out of Melbourne, tourism minister Martin Pakula said.
"In regards to support for accommodation and other tourism businesses, at the moment, if you are in regional Victoria and you have got an entitlement to one round of the business cost assistance program that is two and a half thousand dollars, there will be a four and a half thousand dollars top up to take you to $7000," he said.
"If you are a metropolitan business, where you are entitled to two rounds of the business cost assistance program, that is $5000, there will be a $2000 top up, so all regional and metropolitan tourism operators will be entitled to $7000."
